I wish to participate in lessons with Line Up Procenter, and agree to abide by their rules and safety regulations as advertised and communicated to me. I am fullly aware that watersports are dangerous by its nature and I therefore agree to take all care to avoid injury to all persons, including the general public and my self, and the damages to all property within, near or related to the related practice area. I also agree that I will be liable for any loss or theif of Line Up’s equipment and will reimburse them according to the acepted rated as set out by Line Up. I am aware that Line Up Insurance covers 1/3 party liabilities but its the responsability of the client to have contracted a personal insurnace to cover all kind of self damages, equip- ment liability, health costs, etc. etc... that could be provided for instance by some travel insurances or national sports organitzation... I am aware that Line Up will be allowed to use personal datas and eventual images taken during the session at its convenience Lineup Watersports SL keeps the right to reschedule the lessons in order to enjoy better conditions - If conditions are not good, we can at any time replace the scheduled lesson by another activity, like wakeboard, surf or sup - For safety reasons Lineup Watersports SL has the right to cancel a lesson; lessons will be rescheduled or vouchered. - All lessons have to be paid before the course. - No show, no refund possible. - If a client wishes to postpone a lesson , it can be requested latest 24h in advance. Lineup Watersports SL however keeps the right to refuse to do so, if the schedule does not allow it. If the client has postponed lessons, but ends up having no wind on the newly chosen lesson dates, where as on the originally reserved days there was good wind, no voucher will be given.

it is now obligatory by law to present a negative COVID test on checking in in you accomodation (done max 72h before arrival) . We will have to keep the original document. All clients are also obliged to download the RADAR COVID application , and keep it active for at least 15 days after leaving the island.

I agree to follow the guidelines of the Organizer of the sporting activity. I understand the risk and possibility of COVID-19 infection, and I am aware of the measures I must take to reduce the probability of contagion: physical distance, respiratory mask, and frequent hand washing. I declare my intention to use the sports activity service. Assuming personally and individually all the consequences and responsibilities. *

Through this document, I declare that I have been duly informed, in an objective and clear language, that the decision to use the service of the celebration of the sporting activity for the purpose of conciliation is the result of a personal decision, in which I have been able to assess and consciously weigh the benefits and effects of the activity, together with the health risks that the current pandemic situation entails.
